They wanted her to dress professionally. So, she found some blouses/sweaters and a pair of heels, which she immediately started wearing. She was most grateful.
By the way, she is truly blossoming in her "office job," she now types 20+ wpm and increases each week. She answers the phone and is learning other general reception type work.
