Desert Best Friend's Closet is a community-based organization that provides a diverse array of clothing at no cost to low-income residents of the Coachella Valley.
Vision:
Desert Best Friend's Closet
hopes to empower low-income desert resident to feel confident in any
setting. We achieve this by offering new, or gently used, clothing for
work, prom, or other special occasions. Desert Best Friend's Closet
hopes that by providing access to appropriate attire, underprivileged
desert residents will have an opportunity to pursue their dreams with
self-assurance. Desert Best Friend's Closet
serves the community by offering a clothing bank upon which other
organizations (civic, governmental, or non-profit) may call as required
for their clients. We achieve this on a referral basis to aid those in
need.
